Check-in: correct SPG recognition, also valet parking well appreciated.
Restaurants/bar: very nice wine bar at the entrance. I was with my kids and the concierge advised us to go to the bar for dinner to avoid noise for the dining guests. However my kids were much more silent than the guests present. Anyway it is understandable as the luxury collection facilities are not adapted to kids. Food was more than delicious.
Breakfast: excellent, small but very complete and tasty. Get used to the silver cuttlery :) Again here some high society people looked to my kids when we were entering the breakfast room...
Spa: wauwwwww one of the best settings. in many spas it seems you enter a hospital. Here you come in a very nice and cosy area. sadly no direct light as it is in the basement.
Rooms: nice upgrade and to interconnecting rooms.
Check-out: late check out was difficult to get. I booked via Spg the family package (50% off on the second room). The lady did not believe this and she said "be happy the room rate was already excellent for the room you got". So I kept polite and asked her to dial SPG. She finally did and admitted the error.
Very close to the city center + nice shopping center very closeby
Overall excellent experience for romantic getaway of high level business. No kids.
